Funding Support
Funding Support for Healthcare Providers
National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) Connect Grant
The NEHR Connect Grant will cover all licensees required to contribute to NEHR under the Health Information Act (HIA), including General Practitioner (GP) clinics, laboratories, dental clinics, and retail pharmacies.
It succeeds previous digitalisation grants such as the GP IT Enablement Grant and Early Contribution Incentive Grant, both of which have closed applications and were limited to select licensable health sectors. Licensees that previously received funding under those grants will not be eligible for the NEHR Connect Grant.
Other than the NEHR Connect Grant, licensees will also be able to tap other government grants to support the purchase of cybersecurity solutions, and engagement of CISO-as-a-Service consultancy services. Details are in the table below.
